Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.

1. Purpose and scope

This Code sets the standards of ethical behaviour expected of all North Quant personnel and of our suppliers and partners in all dealings connected to North Quant.

2. Standards

• Anti-corruption and anti-bribery. We prohibit bribery, kickbacks, and improper payments, and comply with applicable anti-corruption laws (including the Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act).
• Fraud and money laundering. We prohibit fraud, misrepresentation and the facilitation of money laundering; we keep accurate and honest records.
• Human rights and fair working conditions. We respect human rights, prohibit forced and child labour, and support fair, safe working conditions in our operations and our supply chain.
• Conflicts of interest and confidentiality. Personnel disclose conflicts of interest and protect client and personal data.
• Legal compliance. We comply with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.

3. Suppliers

Suppliers and partners are expected to uphold equivalent standards; material breaches may end the relationship (see the Supplier Code of Conduct).

4. Grievance and reporting mechanism

Anyone — personnel, supplier, or member of the public — may report a suspected breach confidentially and without fear of retaliation to [email protected] (monitored by the Director). Reports are acknowledged within 5 business days, investigated impartially, and resolved with corrective action as warranted. Retaliation against a good-faith reporter is itself a breach of this Code.
