Data platforms and monitoring
Pipelines, platforms and reporting that turn operational data into one record everyone trusts, plus continuous monitoring of the portals, registries and feeds you need to watch.
Good fit when
- Data lives in scattered spreadsheets.
- Someone checks the same portals by hand every morning.
- Reporting is rebuilt every month.
- Decisions wait on a number nobody can produce quickly.
What we build
- Collection from portals, feeds and registries.
- Cleaning, matching and scoring.
- A store sized to you.
- Dashboards and delivered shortlists.
- Data quality checks.
What you get
- One record everyone trusts.
- A shortlist instead of a pile.
- Reports that produce themselves.
- Documentation and handover.

Our own business runs on this.
Our own portal monitoring system reads several public tender portals every morning, filters hundreds of notices by fit, and delivers a scored shortlist.
We built it, we run it, and it is the same kind of system we build for clients.
Questions
Do we need a data warehouse?
Only if the work needs one. We size the store to your data and your reporting, and the cost is in the fixed quote before you agree to it.
How do you handle data quality?
Data quality checks are part of the build, so bad and duplicate records are caught as they arrive. Every number can be traced back to the record it came from.
Where does the data live?
In Canada, or on hardware in your own office. Your choice, in writing, and it never trains any model.
