What is included in the monthly plan?
Hosting in Canada, single sign-on, monitoring and alerts, upgrades and fixes, and priority response. New work beyond that is scoped and quoted on its own.
Can we leave?
Yes. The plan is month to month with 30 days’ notice, and you can take the handover at any time.
What happens if something breaks at 2 a.m.?
Monitoring alerts us, and priority response is part of the plan. We fix the fault and tell you what caused it.
