How it works
You see your own task working before you decide anything. Then we build it, run it and keep it working.
Four steps, from a call to a running automation
You only decide on a build after you have seen your own task working. Nothing is asked of you before that.
- 20 minutes
Step 1. A short call
You walk us through the task: where the work comes from, what someone does with it, and what comes out at the end. There is nothing to prepare and no files to send.
- Within days
Step 2. A working version of your task
We build a working version on sample material and show it to you running. You judge it with your own eyes. We also tell you plainly what it does not handle yet.
- When you are ready
Step 3. You choose how to go ahead
Two ways forward. Both end with the automation working inside your own systems.
- Every month
Step 4. We host it, run it and improve it
It runs on our side. We watch it every day, fix it when something changes and make it better as you use it.
Three levels of automation
Start where you are comfortable. Each level hands off a little more, and you decide when to take the next step.
- Level 1
It reads and writes
Reads documents and email, fills in forms and sheets, and drafts replies for you to send.
- Level 2
It acts inside your systems
Logs in, updates records, files documents and moves work along in the tools you already use.
- Level 3
It runs on its own
Works on a schedule, checks its own work, and brings you only the exceptions.
What the monthly service covers
An automation is only useful if it keeps working. After the build, looking after it is our job.
-
Hosting
It runs on our side. Nothing to install and nothing for your team to look after.
-
Watching it every day
We check that it ran, that it finished, and that its work looks right.
-
Fixing it when things change
When a site or a tool changes, we see it and fix the automation.
-
Improving it
As you use it, we make it handle more of the odd cases and bring you fewer questions.
-
Adding the next automation
When you are ready, we take on the next task on your list.
What we need from you
Very little. Real files help later, but they are never needed to start.
-
One person who knows the task
Someone who can walk us through how it is really done, and answer a question now and then.
-
A login where needed
Access to the tools and sites the task uses, set up the way your team is comfortable with.
-
A yes on anything that matters
Anything that goes to a client, moves money or files something waits for your OK.
What task would you hand off first?
